Kaikohe office important service updates

Upgrades Ahead for Our Kaikohe Office

We are incredibly excited to announce that our Kaikohe office is getting a well-deserved upgrade! Starting from 13 July 2026, renovation work will begin at the Community Law hub located at 119 Broadway, Kaikohe.

These improvements are all about creating a more welcoming, functional, and accessible space so we can better serve our beautiful communities across Te Tai Tokerau.

While the builders are hard at work, we are completely committed to ensuring our whānau and clients continue to receive uninterrupted support. To make that happen, we have a few temporary service changes you need to know about.

What Changes Can You Expect?

During the renovation period (which we expect to wrap up around September 2026):

  • No In-Person Appointments at 119 Broadway: Our main building will be closed to the public.

  • Virtual & Phone Support: All scheduled appointments will move online via Microsoft Teams or over the phone, whichever you prefer.

  • Wednesday Drop-in Clinic: Our regular Wednesday drop-in clinic will be temporarily paused while construction is underway.

We know changes like this can be a bit inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience and support while we level up our facilities!

How to Access Our Services & Our Temporary Location

Don't worry, our team isn't going far! You can find us just down the road at our temporary service location:
